Registration, fees and key dates
Registration
Registration is now open on the Azur Colloque platform:

Registration Process
- Pre-registration Fill out the pre-order form on the Azur Colloque website. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Validation The conference organizers will review and validate your pre-registration.
- Final Registration & Payment Once validated, finalize your registration and pay online (bank transfer or credit card). Note that for non-French attendees, payment is only possible by credit card.
After Registration
CNRS staff should contact their regional delegation for travel expenses
Important notes
- Limited spots: Registration is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after final payment.
- Cancellation: If you cannot attend due to exceptional circumstances, notify the organizers before the event ends. No refunds will be issued otherwise.
Fees
PhD, Postdoc: 250€ before April 1st, 350€ after
Academics: 500€ before April 1st, 600€ after
CNRS staff: Registration is free
Included: Registration fees include accommodation from Sunday 17th to Friday 22nd morning, lunch food and participation to both Welcome dinner and school dinner. Breakfast and other dinners are not included.
Key Dates
Pre-registration deadline : May, 7th (after Aprll 15th the rooms are not guaranteed)
Workshop:
- Online session on Wednesday May 13th (9 am - 12 am and 1pm-2:30pm for troubleshooting)
- In person session from May 18th to May 22nd (recommended arrival: Sunday May 17th)
